FAStrust Nigeria Limited, RC No.1360027, with address House J, Block 3, Off Herbert Macaulay Road, Yaba Lagos, Nigeria(Owners of "Preskriber™" or "we" or "our") is a company established in Nigeria, and as such, we follow the applicable data protection legislation in Nigeria and global practices legislation such as HIPAA.

We believe that personal privacy is important and we take your privacy very seriously.

In our privacy policy, we explain what types of personal data we may process and for what purpose. We also describe our processing of personal data and what choices you have in relation to it.

SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY

Please note that the privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data for which Preskriber™ is responsible for personal data. The privacy policy applies when you share your personal information directly or indirectly with Preskriber™ when you visit our website or use any of our services.

The Privacy Policy does not cover the processing of personal data that Preskriber™ performs as personal data assistant as a result of your use of our services by your insurer. For more information about how our services can be used to process personal data when you use our services through your insurer, refer to your insurer's privacy policy. PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY YOU

Personal data refers to information that can be attributed to you. We may process the following types of personal data that may be attributed to you:

Contact information("Account Information") such as name, email address and telephone number.

Health information("Health data") that you provide to us.As an e - health platform, we will never share Health Data to a non - medical third party(for example, a third party may consist of Medical Doctors, Pharmacists, labs for tests, physical health centers and insurance companies).

User behavior including digital behavior (for example, behavior within the application) ("Digital Behavior").

Technical data (e.g device ID, IP address) ("Technical Data").

HEALTH DATA PROVIDED BY YOU

When you use our service, including your appointment with a doctor, you may share personal information regarding your past and present physical and mental health.This information may include, but is not limited to, information that you are suffering from any illness, your medical history, or your physiological or biomedical condition("Health Data").Health data that is specifically attributable to you may also be provided by the physician you come into contact with when using our service.The fact that the doctor adds information is part of the doctor's obligation to you as a patient.

We do not share any Health Data with any third party outside of our service, except in cases where such disclosure results from law(eg the Patient Data Act).In order for us to offer you our services, we also use a few external service providers who process personal data(including Health Data) on behalf of us

If you have been referred to Preskriber™ by your insurer, Preskriber™ may, for the regulation of a specific insurance case, provide information on your health condition, including a copy of your medical records, to your insurer. This extradition is made by Preskriber™ as personal data assistant to your insurer and therefore this Privacy Policy does not apply to that processing. For more information about this treatment, we refer you to your insurer's personal data policy instead.

INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES

We collect information about your activity on our services, for instance how you use them (e.g., date and time you logged in, features you have been using, searches, clicks and pages which have been shown to you, referring web page address, advertising that you click on) and how you interact with other users and us. The following are situations in which you may provide Your Information to us:

  • When you fill out forms or fields through our Services;
  • When you register for an account with our Service;
  • When we receive information from a healthcare facility;
  • When we receive information from a medical professional or physician;
  • When you interact with us through Customer Support;
  • When you order products or services from, or through our Service;
  • When you provide responses to a survey;
  • When you answer questions on a questionnaire;
  • When you join or enroll in an event through our Services;
  • When you sign up for any newsletters or other materials through our Services;
  • When you provide information to us through a third-party application, service or Website;
  • When you communicate with us or request information about us or our products or Services, whether via email or other means;
  • When you participate in any of our marketing initiatives, events or promotions; and
  • When you participate in forums, reviews or provide or post user generated content or other submissions.

We also automatically collect information via the Website or Service through the use of various technologies, including, but not limited to Cookies and Web Beacons(explained below).We may collect your IP address, browsing behavior and device IDs.This information is used by us in order to enable us to better understand how our Services are being used by visitors and allows us to administer and customize the Services to improve your overall user experience.

PURPOSE OF TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS

The purpose of the processing and the legal basis for the processing of the respective personal data categories are as follows:

We process Account Information to be able to offer Preskriber™ services(ie to be able to fulfill the agreement between us), including enabling us to contact you to, for example, follow up your user experience. We may also use Account Information for our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities, e.g.for sending out newsletters.

We process Health Data on the basis of your consent to provide Preskriber™ services and to comply with all applicable legal obligations. It includes our doctors and other healthcare officials for medical records.

We process Digital Behavior on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the mobile application, understanding and analyzing user behaviors and improving the user experience.

We process Technical Data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding users and for marketing purposes, for example at so-called. "Remarketing".

STORAGE OF DATA

Personal data is stored as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose(including the purpose of complying with the legal obligations imposed on Preskriber™).Personal data stored on the basis of your consent will be deleted if the consent is revoked.Please note that revocation of the consent does not affect Preskriber™ right and obligation to process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, e.g.Patient law.Excess information is anonymized and saved after the purpose of the information has been fulfilled.

TRACKING

To enable improvements to our services and your online experience, our software may automatically collects information from your computer(or mobile device), your browser, including your public IP address and domain name, cookie information, hardware properties(e.g., device ID)), websites you visited, videos and images you viewed on our site, URLs from site referral traffic and after navigating to our sites, date and time of your visit and your geographical location.The information is compiled to help us gain a better understanding of behavioral patterns and trends in our services.To enable this, we use web blogs or applications that recognize your computer and collect information about your computer's activity online. We also work with certain third parties to collect and analyze parts of this information.

We use both session and permanent cookies on our websites. A cookie is a small amount of data, often including an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a website. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We may share personal information with our personal data assistants for the reasons stated above. We ensure that the personal data assistants we work with live up to an adequate security standard. For example, to ensure an adequate security standard, Global standard data transfer clauses are applied.

INFORMATION RETENTION POLICY

We retain the information we collect for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.Following termination or deactivationof your account, we will retain information for at least 1 year and may retain the information for as long as needed for our business and legal purposes.We will only retain your Personal Data for so long as we reasonably need to unless a longer retention period is required by law(for example for regulatory purposes).

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to withdraw your consent regarding the processing of personal data based on your consent. Because we are an e-health platform, we are required by law to retain most of your Health Data. At your request, all Health Data that we are not has a legal obligation expected to keep will be deleted.

You have the right to receive information if we process your personal data, for what purpose they are processed, if such personal data is transferred to third countries and, if applicable, who received your personal data

You have the right to get incorrect information about yourself corrected.In certain circumstances, including when it has been established that we process personal data without legal basis or the processing is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose, you have the right to have the data deleted(the right to be forgotten).If the accuracy of the personal data or the legal basis for processing is questioned, you can request that the processing of the data be restricted. You have the right to object to treatment that is based on Preskriber™ legitimate interests. In such an objection, Preskriber™ is obliged to demonstrate legal basis for continued processing of personal data.You can specify at any time that your information should not be used for marketing purposes.

You have the right to obtain your personal data, to the extent provided by you, in an electronic format that is widely used. You have the right to transfer such information to another data controller.
